

Glad to hear yours was cut to post…would love to see how that looks. Glenn Kelley - What was your reasoning behind having it shortened? I'm going to pick up a 32" barrel model and I am, other than swing, not sure of the advantage of the 26" barrel for a 10ga. I'm going to give it a go for geese next month and probably turkey (not sure if I'll shoot steel or lead) in the spring.

IthacaMatt - Thanks for your thoughts on steel loads. I may end up having that 'excess' rib cut off to the post and the bead set back slightly, centered on the post. Ithacanut - Yes, it's too bad they didn't cut at the post…that will bother me forever, I'm afraid. Thanks, everyone, for the replies!
